I'm thankful I for your channel. I'm pretty much a beginner and you and one other channel has explained everything in away that it's simple and understandable for someone that is confused when others start talking about music theory, that was the main reason I left the mandolin in the closet. Thanks Eddie for another helpful video. How do you have your strap attached? It looks like it is attached to a tuning peg.

Yes, it is a specially designed strap that goes over the head stock and has a slit to go over the E tuning peg. I feel it has better balance this way instead of the scroll.

Thanks for the information Eddie. After I saw where you had your strap connected, I copied the location with a shoelace between the tuning pegs connected to my strap. I have been using it that way ever since. You are right about better balance.
