I do agree that for single doffer carding 60-120 Kilo pre hour is good. However the fiber must be cut to length and also needs to be processed. This is a crood set up to produce solid strate polyester fiber. The current price is around 350-650 /ton dollar. You probably consume 45 kW per hour. The chipper should be in separate machine as is a prosses done in butch. Really don't disagree but I do not feel that profit can be made out of this other than selling the machine itself
