@@manuelurdaneta2105 When you grind up the bottles and soak them in water, obviously the molecules are rearranged, it's primary school physics! Then the heating and extruding into pellets completes the alchemical adjustment with the sweat of a tired guy with a shovel, and voila, out comes PVC pipes! Of which now the average consumer has to pay US$100 to purchase. I'm sure the thousands of dollars of pipe in the video goes straight to the workers to now buy safety equipment and improvements to their machines!

Polyethylene does not magically turn into polyvinylcloride in this process. These are low density polyethylene pipes - LDPET not PVC pipes. They would ne more vulnerable to environmental and certain chemical attack than PVC

I think the author is referring to any plastic wastewater/sewerage pipes as PVCs. But since we know that bottles are PET and PVCs are not the same, let's just say "technical-typographical error."

Let's call it Lying. I also suspect that employees at this location die often from breathing particles of plastic dust in their lungs. No masks or goggles or any breathing filters here. No unions either. Children present and a few bucks per day. Good thing the UN is busy harassing Israel so they aren't watching Ukraine, India, Brazil, Mexico and the rest of the dictator world.

I don't think you can make PVC out of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) this must be some other process, perhaps they're just making a compressed type of plastic and dying it white or red like PVC or HDPE. Someone who knows the chemical engineering going on here please share. Anyway I wouldn't drink water going through these pipes.

I too saw the title of video is strange.. Indeed, everyone knows bottles aren't pvc. Regarding water safety, ok, I googled this topic. They say chlorinated PVC (C-PVC) is safe for drinking water.

Ваши предложения... Если бутылки были бы одного производителя и все надутые, теоретически можно было бы сделать примитивную автоматизацию. А иначе навряд ли, у каждого производителя свои наклейки и своя технология приклеивания.
