1.Y-210 Labeling Machine is dedicated to cylindrical adhesive labeling, suitable for cylindrical bottles with a diameter of 30-80mm and height of 20-85mm, and adhesive labels with dimensions of 20-150mm in length and 20-85mm in height.
2.When changing specifications, only the star wheel needs to be replaced, with other adjustments in position. The change is quick and convenient, with specifications replaced within 5 minutes.
3.The feeding turntable and conveyor transport cylindrical bottles to the star wheel mechanism. After spacing, they enter the wheel attachment mechanism. During rotation, the wheel attachment mechanism applies labels printed with production dates, batch numbers, etc., onto the bottle body, completing the labeling process.
4.The character inspection mechanism detects products with incomplete or unclear printing. The miss-labeling detection mechanism identifies products without labels, and defective products are removed through rejection mechanisms. Finished products are transported to the rear section.

16.The interface includes a recipe screen for creating and editing formulas, capable of uploading and downloading formulas with customizable names. Different specifications can save formula parameters, storing over 50 sets for quick retrieval after specification changes.
17.The interface has an alarm screen to display fault information, aiding quick analysis and resolution of issues.
18.In case of sudden power loss, parameters, programs, and systems remain undamaged due to controlled shutdown. Upon power restoration, the equipment requires manual restart for normal operation.
