Nice system, but you could add another bucket to your filter system and fill it with duckweed. (cleans water and source of food for the fish) Also, if you set up a Worm Farm nearby, you can get rid of waste and grow worms as another source of protein-rich food.

All the water you use to clean the filtration parts could be recycled and misted back on to the plants. The only thing you would need to do is place a shield in between the fish tank and the planting tubes so the fish won’t get effected by the misting system.

i think your water outlet from the tank is wrongly positioned. it should be at place where all solid particles gathers. (or make some kind of slope, so that all solids move out of tank to solid filter.

우와 모두들 전문적인 지식을 알고 있군요 종합해본 결과 물고기수조의 물은 하단에서 바로 식물에게 전달되게하되 필터는 물고기 가기전 3중 필터가 설치되는게 정답이라는 결론이 나왔습니다 그리고 상추위에 led 등은 필수라는것도 알수 있었습니다. 많은 도움이 되네요 그리고 물고기와 상추의 비례는 1:2 비율로 키운다는것 필터에 우렁이 키우는 방법도 어떠한지 궁금하군요 우렁이도 물을 맑게해주고 수입도 준답니다

what changes did you make and why between video 2 and video 3?

I don't recall the japmat, I'd assume that is just a coarse pre filter to get chunks out and that is also easily cleaned. Bucket 1 also seems layered between the netting and the wooly bits, which I don't remember from video 2, but may have missed. Likely more effective to have repeated layers so second one can catch what first one missed etc. Too much open space (ie if you just put all the netting in one) can cause lack of filtration. Bioballs in can two are different, but appear to be similar purpose. Also seems to have an aeration pump in 2. Probably just helps with movement and keeping things from getting slimy, may help the microbes that make the bioballs work happier. None noticed in 3, or the overall setup for aquaponics or the fish tank.

Yes same concept, for example here he needs more plants to have the water more stable since it's pretty dark. With more plants the water will stay cleaner

Increase the volume of your biomedia like ceramsit, then you will experience less loss of fish lives, they will also be healthy and happy. There is a fish weight and biomedia mass ratio thing, find our this and do the calcularions. As a result, your lettuce will be less sour, because there is zero ammonia.

Bang, ammonia dan nitrogen terlalu banyak, kolam air terlalu kotor warna kuning, pasal tu ikan mati, jumlah ratio lettuce & ikan 1:2, sebab 300 ekor terlalu banyak.. boleh cuba filter sponge kena 3 tong at least sebab ikannya terlalu banyak 300 ekor, pump kena besar dan kuat sikit supaya boleh circulate air lebih banyak dan kuat circulation.. lebihan makanan dedak ikan buat air kolam terlalu kotor, selepas filter takung air bersih dalam satu tong supaya kita boleh lihat airnya bersih dan baru lah pump naik atas semula ke sayuran lebihan dan masuk gravity ke kolam.. cuba dulu, memang jadi..

Only way you could tell if to many fish is test he’s water. I would imagine it’s 0 everything with plants and biological filtration. Plants look very healthy so all good!

You need a bioreactive filter 10 times bigger. Your tilapia is dying intoxicated by Ammonia and NO2. You have WAAAAY to many fishes for that small tank and no wet media to help with the Nitrogen process

Хорошая задумка , но до ума не доведена . Механическая фильтрация слабая и вода в бассейне зелёная . В баке с плавающей био загрузкой - очень мало шаров , такое ощущение , что они только сверху плавают . Ощущение , что фильтрацию надо дорабатывать , а вот гидропоника хорошо работает .

How the filter converts ammonia into nitrate instantly?

Bio balls. In oxygenated water (with ammonia rich fish excrements) certain bacteria form, which convert said ammonia first into nitrite an then into nitrate which the plants can use. Those bacteria like to stick onto surfaces. Providing much surface area by bio balls let’s you build up large quantities of those bacteria.

Betul seharusnya memang sesudah aquaponic agar air yang penuh dengan kotoran ikan bisa jadi pupuk organik untuk tanamannya. Seandainya diletakkan di ujung pipa dan menyaring air yang jatuh dari pipa sebelum masuk ke kolam insyaAllah lebih optimal, baik tanamannya, maupun filtrasinya.

Aquaponic beda dengan bercocok tanam dalam pot , kita tidak mengandalkan nutrisi padat , tetapi amoniak sekresi dari ikan dengan bantuan bakteri pengurai nitrobacter dan nitrosomonas diubah menjadi nitrit kemudian nitrat yang diserap tanaman menjadi pupuk , filter yang pertama disebut swirl filter , air mengandung kotoran padat dibuat berputar didasar ember supaya kotoran padat mengendap dan mudah di drain keluar berkala , saya ada instalasi serupa bila lupa drain kotoran padat dari swirl filter , sistem bisa mampet di pipa tanam terutama saat saya maksa bertanam pare yang akarnya panjang , air yang disirkulasi harus benar² free dari solid waste kalau tidak ya luber di-pipa pralon mampet di-perakaran
