As a long-time subscriber, I am very happy that Brian's star has really risen with his very fine interviews and other segments from the DNC and the ascent of his #1 best selling book Shameless! Keep up the fine work, young man! Secretary Pete is such a fantastic speaker, and every time I'm stuck in a traffic construction slowdown I'm reminded that he's the person who is coordinating all of these great projects fixing America's infrastructure. For real---I love the fact that not only is he willing to reach across the political aisle, he's definitely telling fox viewers some actual facts and truth that they sure as hell wouldn't get or never hear, from fox itself. I’m an 81-year-old woman who is still trying to figure out how a great nation such as ours-who produced and elected iconic men like Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln and FDR as presidents-could scrape the bottom of the barrel to elect someone as ignorant and incompetent as Trump, not only once, but then nominate him as a candidate for a second time. Pete Buttigieg, you are a modern, intelligent version of those iconic men who long ago preceded you. Please continue letting your voice-the voice of reason- be heard, whether it is on Fox News or wherever the uninformed cult of Trump and the far right gets their news. If anyone can, you have a chance of getting through to them because you speak the truth in quiet, unvarnished terms of unity and shared love of decency, freedom and democracy.

He was asked why VP and Governor weren’t going on Fox and refuting lies. Pete’s answer was spot on - that they have their tasks and that others, such as himself, were happy to take on that job of going to interviews on Fox, NewsMax etc. That’s the absolute right approach. Well-spoken and well-prepared surrogates are the best way to go in dealing with those media/entertainment outlets that clearly show bias. Let the VP and Governor campaign and meet the voters, detailing policy and focusing on the debates. They don’t need to do interviews at the whim of Fox Entertainment.

Being able to articulate America's dreams and goals is a critical part of Democracy. We don't go to battle any more, we use the power of the spoken word to explain our philosophy. This is why Kamala is so exceptional. Its getting almost impossible to even understand TFG, he needs to retire. I'd love to see him in prison.
