Pete is looking so well and healthy these days and has for the last couple years now, you can tell from every interview he is sharp, switched on and focused, so great to see him turn things around (not easy and should be applauded).... sobriety is looking great on him, as a fan of his work since the early Libs days, Im proud of the changes he has made and the man he is today. Met Pete outside Loftus Road before a QPR game over Christmas. Was with his family and was really friendly, glad he's still with us and seemingly staying clean and healthy

Incredible poet, talented musician, great lad. (Imho) he is up there with Dylan, Bowie, Cobain, Lennon, McCartney, Cash, Fogerty, Cohen, Morrison, Marley and all the other great lyricists of our age. I don't get some of the British public at all. First they tear into him for his addiction problems abd then after he finally gets himself clean and is going on so many yes clean they go and tear into him for being in his 40's and having a bit more weight on him. Get a grip people this will happen to you one day when you reach a certain age. A man who nobody thought woukd even be alive at this point. The Libertines were the last true great British rock n roll band and Pete has been in two of them as Babyshambles were just as good imo. I'm just so glad he is living his best life and has his band and best friend back. I have to correct the interviewer though. Wunderhorse are the best band in the world right now and when people catch on they will reach the very top. Don't get me wrong I love Fontaines DC and the song Bug is one I'm listening to alot but Midas which is wunderhorse's new album is perfection and Rock n Roll music is very much thriving.

Many of the wild men of my age would be much better off if they would look more into Jesus Christ. Pete seems to want to embrace tradition and acknowledges the happiness its has brought him, yet he is still spiritually in rebellion. Politics aside it's interesting to look at someone like Russell Brand and Pete. One man seems to be whole, while the other still has a hole in him.

They don't need a reunion tour, they did tour the whole year in the GB with lots of small and large gigs, which were all sold out ... and will head to Europe at the beginning of next year and then Australia. They have a great new album and didn't stop touring since they reunited 10 years ago 🤗
