Dave, thank you. Thank you for covering the different stages of this absolutely amazing journey. I live in the far north of Scotland which would mean an 11 hour drive to get south to see this piece of art with my own eyes. It takes me 5 1/2 hrs just to get to Glasgow for Model Rail Scotland. Any how I thank you for giving up your time to follow the project. And also a huge thank you to Pete and the team for their time and dedication to this totally amazing piece of art. Wouldn’t it be great if it could become a permanent layout display somewhere. A true testament to the work and dedication of everyone involved. Thank you all.

What a shame it is complete...WHAT are we going yo do now no more fly on the wall videos by Dave. Well done to all the Railnuts and to Mr Waterman for this lovely layout love the robots Chris.I will certainly be heading to Chester Cathedral to see Milton Keynes Making Tracks 3 hopefully on Wednesday. I do hope we can see all 3 joined up In Cheshire or nearby as there is no way I cannot get to Milton Keynes come on Pete please don't let us down.. Fantastic work guys what next Dave.??

As other have said … many thanks for these videos showing the progress over time … great teamwork … many skills on display and good banter! Catenary and contact wires 👍. Remember getting to see the tension assembly on MT1 and having it explained. Just on tenterhooks now, I presume, until it’s all connected up and running. Great teamwork and appreciate the frank videos. This is always fascinating to follow. To finally see it run as one complete unit will be a very special moment indeed.

@@richardswiderski4985 I spoke to one of the crew at last year's exhibition in MK about supplying a model of myself for it. I have lived in MK for years, spent several years commuting & still use the train fairly regularly so a figure of me would be entirely correct. I was told that "Pete doesn't like figures on his layout". I was a bit disappointed with this because other than on strike days or late at night, there are always people on the station. Even when a train has just left, there are always a few waiting for the next one, either because they got there just after the doors have closed or they needed the following service anyway.

I will be travelling from Milton Keynes in a couple of weeks by train to see Milton Keynes!!!!! Wow!!!! What a novel that will be!!!! Hope Superman has not been forgotten!!!
