For people who keep asking about Patrick: Patrick sings and composes the music in Fall Out Boy. Pete writes the lyrics and does everything else. With a band "everything else" is a lot. Pete probably helped organize the tour and its promotion. Therefore he's the best person in the band to give interviews about it. The arrangement makes sense if you think about it. It means Patrick can focus on the music without the many non-music distractions that go into running a band.

Apart from that, Patrick is very shy while Pete is more outgoing. You could go as far as to say that Pete is the frontman of FoB sinc he's the most comfortable with being in the spotlight, and therefor it makes sense for FoB to let him do these interviews since he on top of that also has all the knowledge from writing the songs.

I don't know if you guys are like new to the fan base but, Pete has always been the frontman, he's basically the face of fall out boy, Patrick has always been shy but in more recent years has grown into his own and has become a real showman, just compare their live shows from back then and now, Patrick has built up a lot of confidence but it's just become the norm that Pete does the interviews and is usually Fall Out Boy's representative when it comes to press stuff or events and everybody in the band is cool with it even Patrick, who people assume to be the one who would do these sort of things.
