This would be good for adding flavor to soup or stew. Personaly, I would have added vegtables, and sesoning to the cooking process, for added flavor. But this is a good way to preserve it. Freeze drying retaines nutreince, flavor, textures, and color to all foods. Great job.😊

Why didn’t you combine the chicken broth and bone broth before freeze drying? Why did you remove the fat? Why didn’t you add sage powder and/or parsley for flavor and health? Thank you for this great video 😊

I just wanted to keep them separate so we have a choice of what we want. I can always combine the freeze dried powder when we're ready to make broth. I had to remove the fat because it will not freeze dry and will not store very long. I didn't add spices because this is a carnivore version, you can always add spices later.

Great Job on freeze drying the broth. You don’t know how many people freeze dry food and thinks it’s dry after 24 hours. 🤦♂️ great Job 👏👏👏 Question 🙋♂️ you didn’t want to add onions, celery, carrots, garlic or harbs to the cooking process, to give the broth more flavor?

Thanks, we didn't add anything else because it's a carnivore version, we can always add those later if needed.
