I’ve been carnivore 8 months. Fatty liver gone. Nodule in lung gone. Osteopenia gone my bone density is now normal. Acid reflux 95 % gone. I drank milk and it didn’t agree with me. Joint pain 95% gone. I just can’t believe how much better my health has been. When you mentioned the improvement in your wife’s bladder, I realized that too has improved. Doctor just told me I drank too much water. I’m still drinking the same amount of water. 😊

I’ve been carnivore for 8 months. All my health issues have gone ( and there were many) and I’m slim and fit again. You speak the truth. I’ve added in some blueberries just for variety and no adverse effects.

I had a bad UTI in my early 20's, and had frequent urination issues ever since (I'm in my 70's now). However, I've also learned that frequent urination can be an early sign of diabetes, or pre-diabetes, as is drinking a lot of water. I still get up once during the night, but don't experience the same constant, frequent need to urinate that I've lived with for 50 years!

Amazing how healing the carnivore diet is. Thanks for the great video!

This is what I want to see. Adding back in select fruits and vegitables that you grow yourself and are processed correctly to reduce as much as possible the plants toxic effects.

I caught the "Rona" back in June and lost my taste and smell. I used those side-effects to my advantage to turn my health around. Because I couldn't smell or taste anymore, it was easy to do. I cut out all carbs, sugars, plants and dairy. It's been a month and a half lost 20lbs with ZERO effort. No more inflammation. Clear head and lots of energy, my depression is gone. Our food is killing us!

Howdy Pete! I've been following you for quite a while now... and I am fully onboard with what you are saying - specially about the processed and commercial foods. I patterned my garden after yours, on a much smaller scale and mentally the therapeutic benefits were wonderful! Thanks to seeing you and a couple other KZbinrs I follow go carnivore I researched it and decided to give it a try. 6 weeks in and so far so good! Biggest change was the joint inflammation is gone. When I was a firefighter I used to hit the weights pretty hard... and now I feel it in my joints lol. I do supplement my diet with an all natural mineral concoction from Keto Chow that is the most God-awful tasting stuff... but I've learned to add it when cooking and now it isn't noticeable. Been seeing a lot on home made sauerkraut being a good nutritional supplement to the carnivore diet. Any thoughts? I'm still going to garden, but what I grow will be different now. Partially to start freeze drying and partially for the therapy I get from it. Thanks for sharing! 🤠

@@Cowboy_Steve Sounds great, you could also try goat milk kefir, we make it all the time and it's really healed my gut.

Just going into month 4 started at 215 lbs, now 200. Joint pain in my shoulders pretty gone, sleeping way better, will see what happens at 6 months. I eat beef, chicken, bacon, sausage, cheese, not much milk, but occasionally. Blood pressure is way better. Haven't found a downside so far.

My sister does carnivore and she has been able to get off most of her meds and lost a lot of weight. She says she feels great. I had a surgery that requires me to have fiber in my diet and there isn't much fiber in the carnivore diet.
@mydanshi96837 күн бұрын
You may have been misled about needing fibre. If that isn’t working out for you, search for your condition and carnivore on KZbin and see if others have found a solution.

@@mydanshi9683 My surgeon said fiber for sure! I could use benifiber in water but then I have to buy the meat and I can't afford that. I had tried a diet called Dr Stillman's a long time ago and it did great and I lost weight but my meat was gifted to me.

We don't do thanksgiving in the UK. But ahy celebration meal can be adapted by removing all the carbohydrates and vegetables. Simple....roast turkey, roast gammon, beef, salmon, pork roast, lamb, and maybe if I'm feeling adventurous, pork sausage meat "stuffing" made with pure pork and some herbs.
