In retrospect, people of his high school didn't still realize who was Spiderman under the mask when they think "oh just a few days back we saw Peter in our class beating the crap out of a person and u know what, he had webbing like things coming from his hand sticking to a plate"

I don't think it was a few days. More like 6 months-1 year. Peter finished high school, uncle died, got graduated and after that presumably it took some time to make the suit.

One more unrealistic. Later, MJ and Peter are talking in the garden, when MJ says that Flash hopes he won't have to show up with purple eyes for the photo shoot. He only got punched on the chest :D

yes, I'd say the Movie's version of spider-sense is the most realistic version. In the comics it was just a tingle, which honestly didn't explain how he was able to dodge bullets and stuff if he didn't have a general sense of where the projectiles were coming from. Having the ability to slow things down and see things as they come is a WAY better portrayal of it.
