Just saw Peter last night in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is now 73 years old and I am here to tell you, the dude has not lost a step! His voice, guitar playing and band were on point! This may be his last tour playing live. See him if tou can. You won’t regret it!

This song brings back memories of my teenage youth. I am an an old man now but looking back at all the great bands and singers we had in the 70's, 80's & 90's I am so glad I was privileged to experience all of them. Real Music, no auto tune no trickery.

I get the point you're making but I can't help but laugh at the irony of your last statement there. No autotune or trickery, this song being one of the first examples I can think of using exactly that. The vocoder is like the grandfather of autotune.

Almost 50 years later and 23 million views. Every time I pull up this video it brings tears to my eyes. I could hear my dad blaring this in my living room and me telling him to turn it down so I can play my video games. Unfortunately, my dad passed away a year ago next week and I wish I could’ve appreciated this genius with him together. I know he’s looking down smiling saying “I told you it was great music!!”

It stayed at number 1 in the charts for like 10 weeks straight the year it came out. He also won album of the year with a Rolling Stones audience poll - also in the 70’s. I saw Frampton in 1975 when I had just turned 17 years old. First Concert my parents let me attend. UFO then Fleetwood Mac opened for Frampton and it was a warm summer day "on the green" at Oakland. I've seen a LOT of Concerts since that day, but I will NEVER forget it. Friggin' great memories!

Peter is one of the most underrated guitarists ever, all because of his Pop Stature. A truly Bright and Gifted guitarist / human being / man, Peter was/ & still is. It was the glam 70's after all, & the Record Companies knew they had a rare & extremely marketable Artist. They had the power to put him at the top. They did, and he was willing. Luckily time has gone full circle. He is appreciated.

Peter was huge and still is so I don’t know what you are talking about . Are you one of those people that say you were a fan but weren’t because you didn’t keep up and now you want to get into the conversation . Like so called Queen fans that abandoned them when they switched up at times or because they wore a dress in a video because it was a funny thing to do in The UK. Frampton was one of the best in singing amd playing and still is to this day . Incredible . Now a days being indicted is so important because it is all ruined by dumb people . Won’t get into it ! Lol
