I remember seeing him on The Midnight Special like this live. I thought his music was so great. Then he came out with the double album Frampton Comes Alive. It was the greatest collection. Never had to skip one song.

I was a pre-teen in the 1970s and for some unknown reason, I really didn't get into Frampton until I was an adult and I got a cassette tape of Frampton Live. I am glad we can preserve these original performances.

I got to see him in concert for my 21st birthday in 1976, thanks to a friend’s generous gift of tickets to his concert. We were just rows from the stage. It was great! This video brings back great memories.
