Yeah, working out for 30 minutes a day completely outshines the supposed benefits of a standing desk. There’s hardly any evidence to suggest a standing desk is better than sitting in the first place. Just sit and work out (even walking will burn more calories) and it makes a standing desk utterly irrelevant.
