The only suspicious moment Gwen is aware of is when Peter is in oscorp illegally, however there is not enough evidence to suggest he was stalking her, also we know Peter was there to meet Dr Connor so Gwen being there was just coincidence, Gwen is unaware of Peter taking a Photo of her at the start, she also hears Uncle Ben say "he has you on his computer" but Gwen is intelligent enough to know Uncle Ben was joking and Peter debunked it by mentioning it was the School paper and then made a good move by directly asking her out. Gwen is mostly unaware of Peter's stalking
