Finally I got Perturabo. Although lot a build seems viable for him the strongest for me is still the Siege Mastery Herald of Ruin Grammaton OTK same as Kroeger. The difference is he aim for stall rather than control until you get the combo card. His ability now is kinda nice to draw troop but the deal 3 damage still meh. But still be nice if you spam his ability.

I think perturabo is under powered, like 4 for energy siege deal 3dmg to random enemy? That’s awful, whispers are alright, if his ability was just 2en take a troop (or take a card if it’s troop) and give +1/+1 that it’d be alright, and they think it’s op, and they release lotara….

Yeah it should be flat 4 damage. Not 3. His draw ability is super strong and synergyze with his reckoning so I left that alone
