DesertFish in her defense it is in her contractual obligation to show up and be featured on Peter’s date(s), and I can’t say I blame her for talking about her feelings, but - we can blame ABC for not vetting some of the men enough to make sure they are at least single!!! In allowing Jed to come in and waste Hannah, Tyler and Peter’s time, not to mention any of the other men or the audience, all for good television, is just totally evil, no matter how good the tv is. Hannah thought Jed and Peter were gonna be the final two. But after seeing how loving and respectful Tyler was during their fantasy suite, everything changed. She kept Jed because he fit into her ideal type and was someone who she repeatedly said she was comfortable with, that’s why Jed ended up winning. Peter and Hannah definitely had a spark, but now I fully support Tyler and Hannah because they’re so involved in each other’s lives in so many aspects (friends, family, etc.). Tyler and Hannah have more longevity as a couple, while Peter can easily turn into just a friendly ex. Thanks for scrolling past my ted talk haha ✌️

She should have come in with self reflection and something coherent to tell him other then "i don't know." In my opinion, she really doesn't need a man now! In my personal opinion, I love Hannah and Peter together. I think they both still love each other. Just look at how emotional they both are in this moment. The show may have set this up for ratings, but I only think they included this in the show because they both still had feelings. I watched all of Colton and Hannah’s season, and I truly think Hannah was confused when it came to her final 3. Colton was dead set that he wanted Cassie and wasn’t willing to settle. Hannah, you could see, was in distress and emotional on the day of her final rose ceremony, because she was conflicted and didn’t want to let anyone go. Peter was the only guy she slept with, and maybe she felt they lacked a true connection for that. And you could tell she only picked Jed because she was comfortable, they didn’t have a pure and genuine connection like she did with both Tyler and Peter. However, I feel her comfort with Jed left her feeling scared and uneasy about starting a relationship with Peter and Tyler. After picking Jed and finding out that he practically cheated on her and his girlfriend back home, she realized she messed up. I truly think she thought she was in love with Jed, when all along she was truly in love with Tyler and Peter and didn’t know what her heart wanted. The girl is allowed to be confused or second guess a decision she made. She felt the pressure of the show. She saw Peter was the next Bachelor and that’s why she didn’t reach out to Peter knowing he was keeping his options open while Tyler was reaching out. But, you could tell there were feelings on both Peter and Hannah’s end at the finale live show. She couldn’t have expected Peter to make the effort to reach out to her, when she slept with him the night before, made him believe he was the one, and then send him home. She ended things with him. I understand both point of views. Hannah picked Jed, then asked Tyler out, and then when that didn’t seem to work out, she suddenly wants Peter back. And Peter deserves this opportunity to find love and not be someone’s third choice. But I don’t think that is what he is to her. I think she thought she was over him, or was trying to move forward knowing he was the Bachelor, but then seeing him as the Bachelor and reuniting with him brought back nostalgia and old feelings. They both truly aren’t over each other even though they thought they were. On Hannah’s season, Peter and Hannah were very physical but they had the strongest connection on the show than Jed and Tyler combined. Tyler is a gentleman who deserves the world, but he was too soft for Hannah. However, it isn’t fair to the whole house of women who are waiting to find their potential husband, but let’s not act like we haven’t once thought we were over someone before until something triggers us and brings those old feelings back. Peter and Hannah probably haven’t spoken in months until the show started filming and seeing each other triggered something. My guess is that Peter goes back to the house and resumes with dating and gives it a fair shot, while Hannah goes home because she was in DWTS when this was filming. Having her at the house would only make the season too dramatic to watch, and Hannah would get all of the attention while no one else gets a fair chance making EVERYONE insecure and spiteful. It would be quite rude knowing Hannah has had an advantage with Peter. Once Peter gets to his final 2 girls, he feels conflicted because he doesn’t feel a strong connection with either of them and knows he still feels for Hannah. He goes home to get advice from his parents and when they see that he isn’t happy, and that Hannah is who makes him happy, they tell him to go get her. That’s why his mom was crying, (because she wouldn’t be crying had it not been an emotional discussion), and that’s when she says “bring her home to us.” They loved Hannah on Peter’s hometown visit. In the end, Peter doesn’t get engaged to anyone and he proposes to or asks Hannah out at the live show and that’s why there aren’t any spoilers on how this season ends. I’m rooting for them all season. After this, I can’t really see Peter being serious about anyone in the house or willing to commit to anyone but Hannah.

Andrea Paige Omg agree with everything you said!! I’m really hoping he ends up with Hannah B. they clearly still have strong feelings for each other. The show def brought her on because of her contract but then old feelings came out that they didn’t expect... I mean it would really stink for all the girls for Peter to go through the whole season and then not choose one of them and end up picking Hannah B. I would love to se them end up together but if they don’t, I hope they both find their special person and are happy regardless of whether or not they end up with someone after this show is done airing ❤️

Three years later, now that Hannah is with Adam and Peter is back with Kelly.A part of me still wishes that they could’ve worked out even though Hannah and Adam are so insanely adorable together. What you said couldn’t have been said better if someone tried. When I first watched this, I felt like it was too soon for Peter to be the bachelor. Considering how in love he was with her, and how even before Hannah made an appearance in this episode, you could tell just by his face that he was not over her, and was just going through the motions. And like you said we’ve all done this where we have dated someone broken up with them trying to put ourselves out there, trying to convince ourselves that we are over our ex and then you see them out with someone and it brings back old feelings. It’s even harder for people in their situation been in a spotlight and seeing it on the Internet. I made a comment on this back when it first aired, but when Peter said that he just wanted to kiss her, you could tell that he was not over her and he still had insanely strong feelings for Hannah, and I said that when you break up with someone your love and your feelings for that person do not just go away overnight or even months later, it takes a long time, especially when it’s aired on national television to get over that relationship. I feel like he shouldn’t have been in the bachelor that season. Maybe he should have been the bachelor. Maybe two seasons later, and maybe he would have been in a better headspace than he was this season. Then again, I’m glad that he has Kelly because how they met is actually pretty cute.

I love Hanna but, I just feel like she is confused. Look if she really wanted to be with Peter she could have tried much harder and she didn’t!
