It was terrible in the beginning of the video, when two men were laughing and joking about Russia using nuclear weapons. Would they be having fun if the nuclear threat was upon cities where their loved ones live.

If their missiles have been kept up like the rest of their military equipment, most will fail. How many 1960, 1970, and 1980 missiles will launch and those that do not get shot down? One making it through makes their launch horrible. Ukraine could have a large immigration movement. Their ethnics would desappear, but their nation could survive. Agriculture would be the big draw. There are things that happen in the future, can surprise everyone and be something that no one has ever considered.
