Simply the most handsome guest I could've ever dreamed of -- what an absolute riot we had making the first-ever, in-person Vocal Arts episode! Also, if you're interested in learning how to sing, or improving your singing, Colm and I recommend StudioBrev, the most handsome of all private voice studios! Check it out right here: crm.studiobrev.com/webinar-registration-page-9946-3885?am_id=peter_barber

I'm STOKED that you got Colm McGuinness to your podcast. Your first? What a debut! I love the down-to-earth feel, the conversational and friendly tone, your studio is a perfect balance of visually entertaining yet not distracting, the back and forth questions giving insight into both of you. I love how questions were both personal and regarding craftsmanship in music. It was a good overall experience of two guys sitting down and being personal while touching deeply upon what brought them together. Nice balance. I look forward to following your podcast.

Colm is my absolute favorite artist right now! As a boy I was always obsessed with adventure, and Colm has reignited that spark in me. I am forever grateful. His collaboration arrangement of "Song Of Durin" with Bobby and Jonathan is MASTERFUL. I love his originals as well, "Rambling Home" just as one example of many is listened to nearly every other day. I grew up poor and don't have much but I would love to contribute to Colm with whatever I can spare, how do I do that?? Thank you Peter and Colm for this interview!

@@PeterBarber I've seen some of your other, but there's something deeper about the face to face and the simplicity of ONE camera angle that doesn't change. It makes it all feel more authentic somehow. I hope you get a chance to have many more face to face conversations with the artists you help us get a deeper knowledge about and understanding for.

Love this interview. I really hope the platform of KZbin will be the springboard to your dreams, and I hope my showing up for everything here will support you in getting there. But the piano reveal! :O I thought you'd learned it. Or at least a song! *brain explodes* But how would one hire you as a composer? What does it cost? Because I have a possible project (that I might have to do a Kickstarter for first)

It'a odd to me to hear people fear flying; as I once was on a plane landing during a thunderstorm over North Carolina, and I was so amazed at parts of the storm lighting up that, I was oblivious to the severe turbulence. The turbulance qas so bad; there were many people screaming, I wasn't worried at all, lol. My niece is like. Column; terified if flying.
