I truly hope you guys do well it was refreshing to see a league 1 side actually play football instead of football tennis and wrestling disguised as football. @BlackLadTravel The new players for me. The owners have decided the type of football they think fans want to pay to watch. They've brought in a manager to coach that style. And the recruitment team, Gardner etc, have identified the players who can play it. The other thing, is last season's squad... our fans were hoping for a top half finish with that squad, before the owners messed up with the Rooney appointment. So you could argue we've started with a mid table Championship side, and improved it. The manager's implying that as the squad gel's, there's room for improvement, as you witnessed with your first goal 😁 I think he's right, plus the squad depth will help, if and when we run into the kind of injury list your lads are currently enduring.

@BlackLadTravel Cheers pal. I obviously fancy Blues to get out of League One, but getting promoted from the Championship is a tough ask. As always, the Three that come down from the Prem, are £49M better off, as well as what ever squad they come down with. Plus there's always good sides like Leeds, West Brom etc to compete against. I'm interested to see if and what kind of money, Blues throw at the current squad in January.
