Thanks sir, for this exponential podcast series. If there would have been no internet and youtube, common people like me have never got opportunity to listen intellectuals like you , here in India ... 👌💐 🙏

For some reason, people think if they mention Elon Musk and the fact that he uses 1st principle thinking, that covers the topic!!

The wisdom we recieve from Elon Musk, and generally from thinking in first principle is extraordinary.

I don’t think enough credit has been placed in this comment section to the wisdom that Dan and Peter bring to the table; & thank you for that “in the beginning” quote Peter

That Elon was created by his history, don't mean others can't change to be as he. People can learn, and change, and natural talents will show the way, but you don't have to have same past, to have same outcome. Peter is right, past is making people, but what they do in present is making companies.

If your read the summary, you will be disappointed as there is no discussion on first principles thinking. This podcast is interesting in relating antidotes on Elon Musk, but it has nothing to do with the title of the podcast. First Principles Thinking is an important component of how Elon Musk attacks a problem, but this podcast does not speak to this topic! Very disappointing! 😒

What are we moving towards exactly? Or rather moving away from, and why? This is not an inclusive industry forgoing any woke descriptions. I read Kim Stanley Robinsons trilogy, his description of the process is unprecedented. Why are we debating this CO2 thing again and distancing people from the process of managing living conditions outside of this hyper-managed shitshow we have right now. Running away is not the solution, helping to fix it is. Real efficacy is. Not with-holding solutions is. Near-free energy has been presented almost 30 times in the last century, not once was it adopted. Do you want to be part of the solution or keep serving.. them..

Haha you know, that’s right about the monkeys; we have to get them in COD; humans would be ruined in terms of speed and accuracy
