I don't understand taking ox bile with food. I thought that quelled stomach acid its more for the second part of digestion before food hits duodenum... I take beet flow(yes taboo for the oxalates) to thin bile and not interfere with digestion.

Thank you for the entertaining talk. Unfortunately, a lot of what Dave Asprey says is too little science-based in detail. He may be a good businessman and entertainer, but a lot of the information he spreads is not scientifically comprehensible. I would love to see a podcast like this with you and Bryan Johnson. Or with Nicolas Verhoeven (Pysionic), Dr. Carvalho (Nutrition Made Simple), Dr. Layne Norton, or Dr. Michael Greger (Nutrition Facts). There are exciting points to discuss with each of them, but you start with a much more evidence-based approach.

I been into supplements all my life no more protien powder the hell with that. Im an experimental guy if its a natural thing n never crazy about drugs though beebn on anti-biotics Ive fasted 3 40 day fasts not all at once but bet I could have as it was a super spiritual every 3 days first comes the glory n then comes a dream or vision lets not forget there was no bible in the first church the only prfdayer they had was The lords prayer and the only prayer I knew at that time. I think Dave should mention he gets the Follistatin treatment when he flexs his muscles and not just attribute it to 20 mins of workout a week, that's disingenuous

Kale, almonds etc hurts my stomach so check on dat. ☑️ And we have that tech already Sir. You stand or squat on a platform that vibrates activating the muscles to contract with impulse… Same thing. So why isn’t everyone amazing like you? 👀 It took me 8 months to get my competition body with one-two hours of cardio plus 1-hour heavy lifting daily x 6…. That’s the foundation by which I only have to train 45 mins daily to sustain go top health. So what are you advising? Is not that the foundation plus muscle maturity for such a claim?

With his amounts of synthetic testosterone in his body he does not need to train AT ALL to let his muscle mass be far above a non- trained individual.
@ExecutiveZombie3 ай бұрын
@@Solidfreeman01Nah. You have to train. 🏋🏽♀️ He has muscle maturity, which requires much more than he’s stating. He’s not a buff Mike tho… He’s a buff cyclist, but that requires so much more than he’s stating. 🤨😎

@@ExecutiveZombie Muscle maturity is something, that HE has. You still don´t have to train. Jeff Nippard just made two vids on steroids. There is still insane amount of muscle gain without training and exogenous test. So simple. With exo- test you can do a wimp- training and look like hulk

@@ExecutiveZombie How about becoming an alternative david goggins. Running on broken feet forever. It is very very very important how easy things are and how good you feel while doing them to keep on going forever. Steroids make it easier to build muscle. Thyroid hormone makes it easier to lose weight. It is a JOKE in comparison to achieving thise things naturally. Of coursd basically everyone can go hard. What this is all abouth, though is, that certain people like him will NOT GO HARD AT ALL and achieve those goals simply through investing money and knowing the right doctors who will prescribe them stuff. This just the olympic spirit. The one who cheats does not belong. So simple. He is out of the club and can not be taken seriously when it comes to his performance in comparison to natural athletes

some good stuff....lot o BS..on plant foods...do your own research on the science. not Asprey belief system!!!
@beardumaw24Ай бұрын
Dave is spot on on plant foods, backed by top researchers like Dr Paul Mason, Professor Tim Noakes, Dr Zoe Harcombe among many others. Humans didn't start developing larger brains until the event of tools that allowed them to harvest animal proteins, fats and cholesterol which humans require to be healthy. Scientificly proven as most new studies are showing this and debunking the old myth that low fat high fiber/carbs is good and the blue zones being plant based, because its not. Dr Mary Ruddick who lived and studied in most of the blue zones said their heavy on local meats and animal foods. Funny people are still brainwashed by the vegan agenda. 🤦

Can we say that old adage "You don't get something for nothing!" applies here? I think everyone knows instinctively that 20 minutes a day is not enough to keep a person fit and healthy. At least not at this stage of the technology game. If it's too good to be true, it generally is.
