I’m looking for good jackets and pants on a pretty strict budget and I live in Minnesota, any recommendations. I’m 6’3 145lbs

If you are on a budget you can still use everything Matt said in this video just make sure when you are looking at outerwear that’s on sale that you compare the retail prices not the sale prices. Also being as tall as you are but lighter weight you are going to have to fit for you height more than anything. Would this be useful of bike commuting? I ride an e-bike, so I don’t exert a lot of energy. Winter is right around the corner and I’m not sure if I need to get high performing snow pants. Btw, I live in the Boise area.
