So the selling point to me is all the outside spaces for everyone and always the views are amazing. However just for me the main floor doesn’t look on video like it flows right to me. Maybe the elevator takes up to much space. The kitchen is closed off to me also but very beautiful. I like the 2nd floor better and I would entertain guest on the 2nd floor not the main floor. Flows better to me for some reason. Master bathroom was also amazing and love the build-ins.

The electric strips are a deterrent that give a mild shock to birds trying to land on them so to avoid having to clean dried poop on your balcony and the glass railing.

Jade Signature ..... kitchens and bathrooms like a $500k spec house in Doral ...they simply just didn't spend enough money on stone.... but at least this one is nicer then most .... the 05's are nicer then the North ones and the middles ... best unit on the market is still the one in Oceana

The ocean view is gorgeousness; also including the listing of the property is gorgeousness; that 👀 looks moreso so as some kind of business place that person/s hold functions of some kind/s of business meeting/s/actions happen that maybe the persons that say to be selling maybe(?) advertising unfairly to say to sell although really not selling, but, an act and or lie to sell to have close connections of dealings with person's of which want some kind of business from.↗I believe that the persons that maybe said to have bought will never really pay off unfair of unreal made-up cost of seventeen million; plus, have to pay monthly high cost to keep the lighting, water and electricity running to pay for the high quality pricing of luxury built-in such rich and wealthy 👀 looking place built so close to such gorgeousness of the ocean view and area place built persons being looked for live to pay for the gorgeous scenery.
