Boy do I like this one, Peter. It's right in the sweet spot of our range, which is 3 - 5 M. I wish we still weren't a year or so from retirement! Great spot , I really like the lay out and views for years , I would have to say the first bed room with the three sided windows is a strong main bed room what a way to wake up to and go to sleep to. just a great use of drone and camera , just a speical showing . great job Peter. You and your team do a great job showing us these properties keep it up and Marry Christmas , and a happy new year. i hope next year is even better than the last i cant wait to see whats next. astin martin building maybe?

The Jade Residence is a beautiful white and green building. I like the lobby and the two big pools. I like the direct view of the beautiful sea from the condominium. I like the two white island kitchen. I like the living room that overlooks the sea. I like the guest bedroom with the three exposures. finally, I like the three big balconies that overlook the city and the sea. Peter, it is the first time that I see you with a t-shirt and jeans inside a property, you look like a cool vacationer.
