This is an awesome video of Palm Island's expensive homes. I didn't know that Palm Island was man-made. I like the first white square design three stories mansion. I also like the second design contemporary mansion. I would have renovated using modern and contemporary style the two mansions in the half-acre lot instead of destroying them and building a big mansion. I would have stayed in one mansion and lease the other mansion to somebody. The view of the sea from Pine Island is breathtaking and plus you can have your own yacht for weekend pleasure.

I keep reading about rising water problems in Miami. How is this impacting your clients search for a new home?

Hi Monique , it is not impacting buisness. The most expensive properties in our city are located along the beach or open water. Yearly all the communities are raising the standard for elevation and drainage . Gives communities by the water no problems for the next 50-75 plus years with the new systems.
