Great video enes but, A 25 million dollar house where 1 bedroom has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom. A house with so many amenities, so much area: a pool, multiple sitting areas, 6 beds has a total of 5.5 baths and even in that, this designer thought it would be a good idea to put 2 of Those 5.5 baths in one bloody bedroom. Even a 15-year-old would not skip these basics.

Most people take in the overall aesthetic appeal of a home or space without even noticing every detail that was designed into it! The consideration of the windows and lighting with regard to maintaining privacy is remarkable. Yeah the designer hit a nice balance on this one with the clean, lighter modern look but just enough warmth and organic touches it doesn't feel soulless and clinical. With just a few touches the atmosphere could easily be adjusted to cosy.

I LOVE how they raised the house. First floor is just garage and outdoor areas. This ensures that you won't get main living floors flooded during hurricanes and also gives you room for a bigger swimming pool

Another great episode! As a plant lover, I have to mention that the "palm" in the middle of the water feature is a Pandanus utitlis, also called a screw pine. It's neither a palm nor a pine tree!!! The best plant to highlight is the "Old Man" palm, Coccothrinax crinita, on the right hand side of the front walkway. That's a really amazing palm and placed intentionally as a focal piece!!
