Audaz is on of the microbrands sticking to their design language which is something I like. When I saw what they've done here with the mesh bracelet with fitted end links and an actual clasp I was really thrilled. Sadly it's not well thought out. Cheers Pete! 👍

All of the Audaz models look pretty sweet…I just lack the wrist real estate for them..🥺. As soon as there is a 40, or even one with lugs around 48 I’ll be on it. This one looks especially cool!

Peter I’ve got 2 Audaz watches, including the Ocean Marine model & they are tank tough!🤣 Yeah this appears to be a bit more of a hefty watch because of that bracelet. Still, they are well made & a bit different to the norm. I like that kind of difference.😎

Good review and do like the look of this. I am a sucker for a yellow dial :) Agree that strap would have to go. I had something similar on a Spinnaker watch which really didn't work either.

I own three from Audaz. Very solid watches, and yes, most are very beefy! I've wavered on this one because I have enough jumbo pieces. The only disappointment I have had with some of their models is poor bezel action. That said, the Deep Sea homage (Abyss) and your review of this design seem to address that well. And you know the lume will always be world class.

Great review and bueatiful shots as usual. A truly stunning watch. Too big for me, but I'm seriously considering this as a contender as a gift to my brother for his 50th birthday in February, who always complains that all the diver's watches are too small (he's got gorilla like arms lol).

Good looking watch. Squared off bezel reminds me of my Tag Aquaracer. I think Spinnaker released a watch with a clunky bracelet like that a little while back; wasn’t well received on that watch either…

Bracelet is a fail, but I'd put it on a Crafter Blue genuine rubber strap. Ocean Crawler has a mesh that's adjustable (a section of removable links). Odd that Audaz opted for that design. Love the color. Reminds me of your Tutima. Great review! 👍👍👍

Try flipping the bracelet around the other way. My Seiko deployant clasps are much more comfortable worn around the opposite direction.

This model has a lot in common with the 1st generation Spinnaker Dumas - they both have quirky, overbuilt (?!) bracelets, and they both have great yellow dial variants. I prefer the concealed lugs on the Dumas, but the Audaz MM has a better crown, so I think they tie. Notwithstanding, I wish Spinnaker would release a 2nd gen Dumas in yellow. I'd buy that. Peter - we have to agree to differ on the MM caseback - it's no mermaid on a dolphin, but I'm not a fan. Brrr.

Hi Peter the watch is well down but what I don’t like the bracelet . Audaz should add a diving bracelet this bracelet sucks and when you regulate the bracelet at your size there is left over and it will move and can be really uncomfortable

320 grit sandpaper dial, 1 and 3/4 inches nut bezel, a wired cuff (wood rasp...) for a bracelet and a crown that you could probably fit a pencil sharpener inside, oh YES!, that's a watch every carpenter would love (and if you don't pay him, try to avoid to get injured by it...!!!!). He(y!!!) has a valve too, to steam out his anger when thing don't go well.... [larrikin review........] Looks ok mate but i wouldn't, although (knock on... wood) i build a lot of furnitures.
