For most people this is just a great song but for me it is very personal. September 14th 1985: my 11th day of OSUT(Infantry) at Fort Benning Georgia. I woke up the next morning for p.t. and my mom was dead. After the days Training was over, I flipped the cassette and the next song I heard was "Good For Me." After returning from the funeral I skipped ahead to, "Shining Brightly." Finished Basic/A.I.T., went to Airborne school, then the 8th Infantry Division in Germany.

Saw Bob Seger in Nashville in 1983-1986 both concerts sold out in minutes he was absolutely incredible love Bob Seger forever my favorite 🎵🎶🎼🎸🎹💙 pretty good 👏🏼 his piano 🎹 playing is absolutely awesome 👏🏼

I saw them tonight at "The ATLANTIS Casino" in Reno, NV. ... They Destroyed the place!.... They had a Sold Out crowd in a Frenzi, It was AWESOME!... After the show I got a chance to talk to the keyboardist, who is a exceptrional member, Then I spoke with the Lead Guitarist who is "World Class" and very good with the Slide Guitar as well,.. Then I spoke with the Front Man "Rick",.. He formed the band.... Kinda Looks like Bob Seger But Sounds just like Bob Seger!.. At the end of the Day,. "Hollywood Night's" exceeded my expectations and if they ever come to Reno, NV again I wil buy 4 tickets instead of 2!... I am extreamly impressed!... I am David Lee and I approve of this message!
