Correct me if I'm wrong, but during the time Brian Jones was in (1963-1968), didn't they have more hits in that 5 year span than the time Mick Taylor or Ron Wood had in any 5 year span of time? Also, Brian Jones was much more talented in that he could master any instrument, more than Mick Taylor or Ron Wood.

In 6'th grade when I Want to Hold Your Hand came out. Still remember exactly what I was doing when I first heard it. Beatles and Stones will always be numbers 1 and 2. After that take your pick from Kinks, Animals, Donavon, Bluesbreakers, Yardbirds, Who, Cream, Blind Faith, Procal Harem, Traffic, how could you rank them? Then Led Zeppelin and Bowie. Those Brits ruled. But we'll always have Dylan, the Dead, Jimi and Janice, VU & Iggy. Not too fuckin shabby.

That was a good compilation. Until about the 40th minute. Than it started showing pictures of Mick Taylor and Ronnie Wood. They were not part of THE ROLLING STONES EARLY YEARS! Real Stones fans will know that the original five produced the best music - and once Brian Jones was gone, and later Bill Wyman, it was never the same. Sure, Mick & Keith made them into the best touring band in the land, but the original sound, from Eel Pie Island, belongs to the original five.
