I could watch you draw and paint all day.... Thank you so much for sharing. Quick question: How do you stick the paints to the palette? Blu-tac? Glue?
@PeterSheelerart7 жыл бұрын
Thanks Allan. The paints are squeezed onto slips of paper and then stuck to the palette with two sided tape.This practice has damaged my palette so I have discontinued using it.

Hi Peter, I have always loved your style and am catching up on videos I've missed from your channel. Love watching you draw and paint. Can I ask how much preparatory work you did on this, if any? Was this your first attempt or do you plan the general layout beforehand to ensure everything was going to fit on the page? If not, that's even more impressive. Keep up the good work.
@PeterSheelerart4 жыл бұрын
Thanks Jules. Very little prep. I will simply look and gauge the fit. Comes from painting on location.

Thanks for your reply Peter. As usual the key is practice, practice, practice! Am about to try your birch tree painting. We have lots of those here in the UK and I love the look of them. They remind me of my home county of Staffordshire. Stay safe.

The paints are squeezed onto slips of paper and then stuck to the palette with two sided tape. This makes replacing or changing colours quick and easy. This practice has damaged my palette so I have discontinued using it.

Hi Kashi. Sakura Pigma Micron Pens are very waterproof and available everywhere.
@triptisaravgi6 жыл бұрын
How do you select which pen type is required. .. either unibal or sigma

I actually prefer the Pigma Microns but tend to wear out the fine felt tips. I use the Uni-balls so I don't have to constantly buy new pens.
