Paistri's second lap in Q3 was looking fairly promising as he was only a tenth behind Max after sector 2. If he hadn't messed up the last corner he'd have been on par with the Mercs I'd suggest. Oh well...that's racing.
@ericbryant81965 ай бұрын
So fully summing up Piastri’s quali, he need an extra run in Q1 to go through, meaning he was left with one new set of softs for Q3. First Q3 run on used softs, and the used softs were off for everyone (as demonstrated by Hamilton’s first Q2 run). Second Q3 run was looking promising until he understeered off into the gravel at turn 13.

Thats its ok to use your car as a battering ram if u unhappy with another driver, that resorting to violent n destructive driving is ok if you feel agreived and upset? Can you imagine if we all start acting this way to people that cut us of on highways?.... its just disgraceful from the fia, the hypocrisy is laughable...honestly

Peter, there were two disturbing incidents in FP3 which I can't recall when they last happened. The two events were Stroll intentionally hitting Lewis even after Lewis motioned to him for his unintentional blocking of him. Then, in the same FP3 Charles showed his displeasure towards Lando for blocking him by hitting him intentionally. It has broken many drivers in the past. He needs to be the best Perez not a bad Max to be able to perform.
@barneyklingenberg40785 ай бұрын
Yeah I can second on the demotivation bit. I used to ride go karts on an national level. Had my podiums here in there. Especially when on a wet track. Quit at 14. Game decides yeah this guy has it let’s drop him with the A-S Tier drivers including 3-4 to 10 leaderboard boys. I lost 3-4 tenths a lap. Every lap every god damn lap. I am consistent I tried to push but I just could match it. Started overdriving making mistakes. Losing confidence and then started even losing pace. I just couldn’t match them and got demotivated in the game. Started racing buddies again and make them better in multiple sims. Especially on long stints and set-ups. Way more rewarding for me. I just lack the fine feeling at the limit of the best. And I do not have the consistency under pressure. I fail when that happens And that’s fine
