Great demo Pete. Have you ever thought about getting a class D solid state amp to run some of these pedals into? I have a quilter tone block 200 and a Marshall mono block 100/100 EL 34. The quilter stands up to the Marshall very well and is Soo Soo portable.

Wow. I have to tell you; I normally prefer a straight Strat, Tele, Les Paul etc. I'm not a big dual-humbucker Strat-style player. Normally for an H-H with a tremolo I prefer something like a CE22, or something with a shorter scale than the 25.5". Just not a "modern Strat with humbuckers" That being said, I REALLY like the tone of that red Suhr. Like I really like it. The only HH with a trem that I've liked in the last 15 yesterday was the CE22. I find the Custom 22 to sound just too close to a Gibson to make me want to keep one, and I just don't like the custom 24s (honestly I don't usually like 24 fret, the change to the neck pickup timber pushes me away). I like the CE22 because the maple neck adds some top end, and the bolt-on adds that snap and punch to the attack, while the shower scale and mahogany/maple gives it something different enough from a HH Strat. However the more I watch these videos and listen through decent headphones and a less compressed video rate, the more it grabs me. I'll be honest, the odds of me buying a Suhr BEFORE I have some unexpected windfall is astronomically low, but if I did; I would. Lol
