i think that to make faster progress you should try to talk to yourself in the target language! im portuguese and that technique really helped me when learning english

@@kozardii i should do that more around the house. Just say random sentences to myself in Portuguese? I like that idea!

@@The_Petey yeah! and especially when doing the exercises. a big part of learning portuguese (and any language really, but portuguese especially because we speak REALLY fast) is being able to understand senteces "automatically" without having to translate them in your head first. so i think talking to yourself in portuguese and writing like something about your day in portuguese everyday can go a long way when learning :)
