I don’t think it’s your problem, but rather a meta that favours killing & fast games instead of board presence. That’s why 8Rat worked so well. This would only have a chance to work if cards like Call of the Death-Dweller were downshifted.

Fun idea ! Echoing Return looks like a nice splash. You can even mill yourself once when facing a removal heavy deck to turn it into a huge card advantage spell. Maybe 13 is not enought to max this idea ?

the pain vs creature removal has been my experience with this deck...considering the meta i play in, which is chokefull of black and cast downs, it really hasn't worked out in the past

Mono black is the best, gotta know what your doing though. This is a very interesting deck though. Pauperganda always gets cards to perform like nobody else.

Lembas is one card, that draws a card, so it's pretty easy - however, a few campfires are the real card/problem :)

Maybe swap out dramatic reversal and/or automaton against removal-heavy decks in favor of this? Dramatic reversal is a mill 12 with 4 advisors out and this is mill 8 with 2 out so it could help resiliency.

nice idea, but i trully dont understand the deckbuilding at all. Why u run 13! of those creatures, if the effect ask u to just tap four shapeshifters? i mean u can find a lot of versatility by just playing four or even 3 of those creatures just as wincon. idk i guess would be work better as a full UW control or something like that

doesn't work that way. we already run the maximum of 1/1 shapeshifters/cheats - which are meaningless unless you have a petitioner. The math used was sound.

Deck seemed really bad into any of the good decks. Can imagine this getting wrecked in league if this is how the skrimish que looks. Love the videos though!
