I have cleaned tons of small pumps for nano aquariums and this one is no different. The brush Petkit sells for this is too large to fit into the opening where the impeller goes so get a much, much smaller brush at your local aquarium store specially designed to fit tiny pumps like this. It will save you accidentally breaking something.

Hi, I have been using it for 6 months and I would like to address 2 issues, no 1: there is rust material from the internal fan blade area near the magnet edge when I clean, and this a new blade that I received less thank a month ago . No 2: there is mold at the edge of wire attached to the motor. I've cleaned it with brush and soap but it doesn't go away. Please advice how to deal with this.

This video is very hard to see all parts and then to really figure out how to remove the pump I had to READ it? It’s a video. If you’re wasting my time making me watch your video repeatedly to figure this out, do your customers a favor and have someone speaking so they don’t have to Read a video.

How do you reset the water filter sensor?

Long press the button for 5 seconds untill the filter light turns off. It will reset.

Ok. founded . So to help others, to RESET the filter led (after having change it), you just keep you finger on the button used to switch between the smart mode and normal mode. You keep you finger on it 5 second until it beeps.

My fountain is not working, the POWER and REFILL light is always on even though the reservoir is full. Is there a fix for this?

@@aquinoprinces I managed to get mine working again by filling up the water fountain, and slightly moving the cable that's connected to the motor. Think the connection inside got loose somehow

This fountain will quit working after a few months. Customer service doesn't respond. I don't recommend this fountain.

The fountain is not user friendly compared to other fountains. PetKit has zero customer service and support. No response to any method of contact and their distributors have no knowledge for troubleshooting. Very disappointed would never but any of there products again. Not even online manuals exist.
