I love Pet Wants franchise. However, the ones in Jacksonville, FL are rude, unfriendly, they sell dog food from an overheated trailer and don't even issue receipts. My dog got sick. Pet Wants should raise their standards for franchise offices.

my dog was prescribed anitbiotics for his skin condition the meds made him throw up literally everything he ate and drank. i did 5 minutes of research, switched his food and bought medical shampoo for skin issue dogs. now he is fine. no issues just moist dermatitis.
