Very few people ever heard of the Christian group Petra. If they have heard it they usually don't like it that like the modern stuff. Petra. Unseen power 1991 was their best album.

John, when you and Petra came to Lancaster, CA in the late 80's or early 90's and Youth For Christ had organized the venue. We had an opportunity to serve you and the band dinner prior to the concert. You were the most humble and kind man! You spoke of your daughter. You were so thankful for the turkey dinner with all of the fixins'. What a great memory watching you sing during the sound check. There was just a few of us prior to the concert.
