Beautiful video and story for sure, and the family love affair for Ferrari is truly awesome to see. Part of what I'm missing lately in these videos is that part of storytelling that involves a struggle or challenge of some sort. It's nothing about these two guys in the story, they seem like decent enough human beings and they're fortunate to own and drive rare and expensive cars. This series really shines when the protagonist has to go through some sort of grand effort in the direction of their driving experience. Restoration, a learning experience, finding those rare parts...et cetera. Otherwise it's kind of like watching a museum curator point at and polish the artworks they're fortunate to enjoy on the daily. Which...ok, you have nice things and I suppose it's nice to have nice things in life. Meh.

I owned and maintained a 76 GTB for 10 years. Fabulous car, but slow. This car should have had close to 300bhp, it would have been perfect. I drove one with a modified engine with about 310bhp (used a 360 crank) and it was indeed perfection. The power to weight ratio would have at least then equaled the Porsche Carrera 2.7 MFI cars, which was a far cheaper car than the 308, but significantly more valuable now of course due to that perfect 2.7 MFI engine.
@truantray4 жыл бұрын
The 1976 fiberglass version was the best and is the most valuable now. This car got progressively choked by emission regs until the 4-valve version. But the true design was the 76.
