It sure was. As cute as Bobbie Jo. Pat Woodell was just adorable.

The "child" was 19 when the show began. She was so great that she was able to act a few years younger

Why doesn't Bobbi Jo have on a party dress. She's dressed like a secretary.

In the b/w eps, the girls were in high school. In these color eps, Bobbie Jo attended a local junior college, and lived at the hotel. Meredith McCrae was Billie Jo on the color eps, she mainly sang and played piano. Betty Jo must've still been in high school when Steve Elliott crashed his plane and stayed at the hotel, because he called her 'short stop', her baseball position on the high school team. I liked that episode when Betty Jo visited some rich relatives in a big city and returned home acting like a rich snob. It was really funny.

May I respectfully send this comment to Pizza Flix; Uncle Joe is Kate's Uncle, not brother. In another episode, she is referred to as his niece. I have to thank you, Pizza Flicks for these full episodes of my favorite shows from days gone by! ❤ 👌👍 much appreciated to have these wonderful shows at my fingertips on Utube! 😘🤗

One of my favorite episodes. I can never decide which one of these sisters is prettier.

The actress who played Billie Jo in the first two seasons was physically spectacular, but I always thought Betty Jo was the cutest of the bunch.

Roger is Jack Bannon, Bea/Kate's son in real life. I wonder how Bea felt doing this episode with fixing up Bobbie Jo with Roger. I wonder did she think the 2 would hit it off in real life become a couple off screen. I just wonder what Bea was feeling & thinking doing this episode.

That's right & I wonder though how Bea, as Kate felt while setting up her own son with Bobbie Jo. Setting up Roger & Bobbie Jo, did Bea hope maybe Jack would hit it off with her in real life? Again I wonder what Bea was thinking & feeling in this episode.

Are the girls all supposed to be high school students? The actresses must all be in their early or mid twenties. They were all cute whatever age they were!

Legalities. They can’t pay minors. It goes to their parents otherwise. McCauley Caulkin had a big problem with that.

How many mothers PUSH their daughters to date?
@lindamoklak86194 жыл бұрын
I don't think Kate was 'pushing' Bobbie Jo as much as helping her. Bobbie Jo was a bookworm with no social life. Billie Jo was always dating & going out. Betty Jo was into her basketball & baseball games, either watching the games or playing on the Hooterville Hawks. I think Kate was just trying to help Bobbie Jo to have a life outside the hotel & books. Going on a double date with Billie Jo was just a start or first step.
@jackkircher17553 жыл бұрын
Good episode only I don't agree about trying to make a person into someone they are NOT. BOBBIE was a bookworm not a lover. Bullied was the glamorous boy crazy one, a bit vain at times.
@Kim-bp1kb3 жыл бұрын
I agree. Bobbie could have found someone that likes her for herself. Seriously that guy was a moron anyways. I also feel like Billy Joe was a complete jerk. She knows that Bobbie already feels uncomfortable yet still goes after her date. don't care how fabulous you are you don't do something like that to your sister.

I'm not a feminist but I did want to slap Bobbie Jo and Kate haha...but then I look at it and it demonstrates how far women have come and completely squashes the 'modern feminists' ridiculous claims about how women are still oppressed lol
