looks nipi am just on with strapping a k03 blower to my metro diesel with the same diesel engine. looks like it should perform very well, I am in the middle of having a cutter made to shape the piston crowns to lower the compression. what boost was this running?

Grand total was about £450? ish? pretty bodged really, got an old GT15 Turbo from a 306, fuel pump from a 306, bits of random pipe and what not to lash it together. it was running in the region of 135HP, 190lbft. it got very hot, very quickly. Kept up with GTi-6s, to the speed limit at least...

what exhaust mani did you use? one from a xud works?

nah I made my own one up - welded a 90 degree bend off the standard manifold, then had a long bit of flexi pipe welded to another flange to bolt to the turbo, mounted on the gearbox, heat wrapped to try keep temps down. theres a bit of a write up over here: 306oc.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?tid=15711
