Same here with my Partner Tepee HDi. Peugeot will charge you about 1500€ and change the whole Adblue system. But you can also take out the Adblue tank, empty it and clean the ttank and the pipes with just water.

If this injector blocked, the Adblue system will does not work. The pump will be wrong.

Never ever do that!! Never clean any injector with a brush, specially a metal one!!! Common man, were do you learn that?

Why? I clean jast cover of injector. Try it. The nozzle stay original condition. Do you have other idea?

@@salimmetin I think the steel brush don't caused injury. The nozzle is inside the injector. I clean just cover of the injektor with brush.

El inyector de adblue,es una pieza muy delicada y eso de raspar con un cepillo de alambre no me parece lo más adecuado ya que rompes la junta, y lo de meter el destornillador de esa manera me parece fatal ,podrias deformar los agujeros del inyector.

Hi, the previous owner of my car has electronically bypassed the adblue system and therefore works without it and without engine lights. However, I noticed that the car "whistles" when the engine is warm and stopped in neutral ... the "whistle" comes from the injector that you cleaned in the video. Do you think that with cleaning, it stops whistling? The car works perfectly, I only have this annoyance when it is stopped in neutral.

I didn't have message on the dash, but the engine not run very well if regenerate the exhaust. I look for the problem.

​@@tamaspozer1772100% your particulate filter has started to clog, the turbine is suffocating from the back pressure from the exhaust which is difficult to pass through the exhaust. This happens due to poor traction or acceleration

@@andrejsapse7453 I'm not sure that the particulate filter has a clog. I had clean the filter with home made and sometime made small cleaning through the pressure sensor. The car accelerates very well over 1600 prm. Thank you for the tipp.

Yes, it is recommended. I clean injector every oil change. Just one more bolt should be twist.

In indsight, could the lack of attention to this detail by mechanics outside Peugeot garages be the main cause for the urea system breaking down on this engine? If the injector gets blocked the the pump overloads and fails. could this be cause?

Czyszczenie sprężonym powietrzem ma sens tylko wtedy, gdy podłączysz napięcie do wtryskiwaczy i sprawisz, że przelot będzie drożny. Spalona na nim sadza nie schodzi wraz z wodą. Ja używam miękkiej szczotki drucianej, myślę, że się nadaje. Jak dotąd nie miałem żadnych komunikatów o błędach wtryskiwaczy. Mój sposób jest prosty i szybki do wykonania. W moim nie było uszczelki, gładka metalowa powierzchnia leży na górze.
