Hot peugeots have always been drivers cars, more than any other competition. for example the mi16 was really a wolf in sheeps clothing, rode amazingly well and had plenty of grunt, had mountains of grip and handled like it was on rails. Its great to see the brand getting back to what it as always done brilliantly, but often seemed scared to do lately. I for one knew they were serious when they put the rcz into production. Its a bold statement. Oh and one more thing germany may have been the birthplace, but france was the nursery

This is way much better than the Audi TT, you get the fun FWD factor, a powerful engine yet economical (40+ mpg) and less polluting, and a nice interior (better than the 308 tbh) and awesome grip (grip+FWD = lots of fun)

Your reviews would beneit HUGELY if you keep the horrible generic music, disturbing the sound of the car, to a minimum. A little here and there works, i know, but overpowering engine noise aso only annoys people. Other than that: Good job imo. Interesting car, although the shape - to me - has lost a lot of its freshness. Didn't expect that to happen that fast..

The rear seats are not useless. I have an rcz 200T for the last three years and for three people it is reasonably comfortable. There is enough leg room for the front passenger and if you forward the passenger seat, the space behind it becomes big enough to be comfortable and it leaves the drivers seat unaffected. (Not for night club bouncers though)

Well done The RCZ has always looked stunning...more so in this trim. Regarding cost; The TTS is close on 40k, so the RCZ-R is a good bit cheaper, but with the TT you get the choice of Coupe or Roadster.

Since owning this car now for 2 years, I can comprehent now on what he means with "the car almost has to much grip...". You see, the point between "Lets go faster!!111" and "Oh God Oh God I´m gonna die!!11" is so dangerously small, that unexperienced drivers will end up (hopefuly only) in the cornfields....

Very good review. Why isn't more said of the roof? It's so unusual and rare. Makes the car look unique, and not like a TT, though they clearly borrowed from the TT's proportions when designing this one.

It does. Just that the parts aren’t forged hence it only has 205hp. Maybe 240hp with remap on the 208 gti

Try seeing it up close and personal. The only thing similar to the TT in the metal is the roof bars. Everything else about the car is very far removed from the more clinical TT.

To prankshell yes the a45 amg has 360 bhp but what he was saying is it's the same type of output because of the increase in bhp. The a45 has a 2 litre this a 1.6. It would be good to see the reliability of this 1.6. When you increase pressures and turbos injectors etc... You get bigger lag like the latest evos. They have lag until 2k

specific power output... know what that is?! SMH. It means this engine is close to the A45's output PER LITRE of engine displacement, ie for examply a 2 litre with 200hp has the same specific output as a 1 litre engine with 100hp

turbisios Let's put the facts : Audi TTS coupé Nurburgring time : 8m29s. Mégane RS Trophy Nurburgring time : 8m08s. The RCZ-R have still no official timing BUT it's known to be a little faster than the Mégane Trophy on the track. Pug knows how to make a good chassis. Audi doesn't. Sorry guys.
