Strongly advise caution with that laser. Chinese lasers are usually not within a safe range for your eyes and the fact that you can feel it on your skin means if it ever hit your eyes it would mean lights out forever aka permanent blindness. Styropyro dose cool videos on them but also dose a good job explaining just how dangerous they can be.

Pewds you should be careful with the lasers on wish. They sometimes blow all security ratings, so you can actually risk permanently blinding Marzia or yourself. The googles you get with the laser don't always filter the correct wavelength, meaning they can offer no protection at all from that particular laser. Edit: As someone pointed out, the reflection of the laser in a metal object or window might even be enough to damage your eyes.

In the dark the flashlight is fairly effective as the one who has the light in the face will have a hard time acting. You'll be taught this in security classes/education, if all you got is the flashlight or flashlight and baton, the combo is fairly good 1v1..

I would highly advice against buying a laser this powerful if you’re not 100% sure what you’re doing! They might be cool as hell but some models are strong enough to damage your eyes by just looking at the dot on a white wall for example. Furthermore certain colors are even more dangerous (i.e. green) cause they are badly filtered and let tons of infrared light through. The problem here is that you can’t see infrared but it can still burn your eyesight within milliseconds. You have to make sure to have proper safety glasses which protect against the main wavelength and preferably also against IR.

Yes, this is true and something to be very cautious about. This kind of tech is usually used in the military, for precision marking to airplanes. Its super strong, very precise and goes really long. That one looks like a 2km+

When he was flipping it around so willy nilly, it was obvious he had no idea what it actually could do, and I got _suuuper_ nervous. Definitely one of the issues I have with wish is that lack of regulations, that would make it GLARINGLY obvious to anyone who buys the tech, if it's dangerous. They can also sell you products like this for super cheap, in a LOT of instances, because they didn't pass the safety standards of the company or country they were originally made for. Scary.

Yo be careful with that laser man. Powerful lasers really aren’t difficult to manufacture but the issue is making sure they’re safe. And cheap Chinese blue light lasers aren’t gonna be safe to shine in your eyes. Not to mention it’ll ruin your camera 😅

That laser is actually much more dangerous than you’d think. You need special glasses to handle them and the cheap Chinese ones rarely ever have ir filters. Could have easily blinded himself.

Just a tip for the future. Never come near a camera with a laser. The lens will amplify the laser and permanently burn your sensor, which leaves a permanent blind spot in your picture.

I bought those same wish night vision goggles when I was about 8.. if you click the side buttons it turns into a torch and you can actually see 25ft in the dark.. it’s not night vision obvs lol but currently he’s just lighting up his own eyes which is not the idea hahaha
