Mogens Glistrup (see below comment) said that the defense of Denmark should be handled by an answering machine which said in Russian "We surrender". He was moved to that position by discussions with his fellow school mates who had been in the Danish resistance against the German occupation in WW2 (he studied law while they had been fighting the Germans). He believed a guerilla defense was the best option for such a small country as Denmark.
