Not a citizen? Good luck driving, getting a job, or buying goods from a corporation partnered with The Government (TM(joke)). Revoke welfare, deport criminals, end the employment of non-citizens, deport families together, pay them to leave if necessary, and finally start changing citizenship laws and revoking many newly created citizenship.

Hoppe said that a government should work towards "maximizing its present value". People want nation and community. To destroy the nation is to destroy the present value of governance. A private government would foster nationhood, not destroy it.

What is a private government? A national government is needed, for the stock, the race of a nation and who built this nation.

@@lucasbaumgartner1361 Yes. But that's total BS. A government should be for the people and by the people and capital should also be for the people and not for shareholders. That's usury as mentioned in the bibel. In newspeak: To let your capital work for you. Capital never works. Only workers work in accordance with inventors and entrepeneurs for the good of a nation. The current system only exists for the powerful capitalists and their descendants and for no one else. The Germans under the Austrian painter tried to escape it... Search Gottfried Feder. God bless.

@vitamind4755 he means a lord whom we can freely and willingly ensure ourselves to. Not the Roman law, but our germanic common law from runnymeade (Magna Carta). Federal citizenship is universally issued to eligible citizens in their states and accepted by tacit consent when they accept privileges of that citizenship, such as signing a drivers license contract to use the public roads or register to vote.

Citizenship is a contract. A free society can have public roads if a science is required to use its roads, and that license constitutes a binding contract with conditions to specific performance. There is also the requirement for registered corporations (legal partners with the government) to pay taxes. Putting this all together, the government can acquire an easement on private property to enforce border controls, including on its own property. They don't even have to threaten your ability to drive since you already agreed to their contract. Under the constitution, they would have to pay just compensation, though.

The gentrification is not situational. The point is that the standard communist line that "nationalism" is bad is total bunk. Nationalism is fine as long as that nationalism is used to support the goals of the World Commune. If it is used most assume it would, jingoistic claim of one's nation being better than others, it will not be tolerated, but if it is just one of many the the more the merrier. One may even say this is the basis for the D in the DEI/DI/REDI, but that would need more research.

These discussions are so exhausting, no proper conclusion can ever be drawn unless you correctly point to the root cause, the people who are responsible for and pushing open immigration in countries of European stock, and the religious reasons as to why.

Discussing "open borders" in terms of economic policies, liberalism or what have you, is doing the enemies' for them. It's all a smoke screen. They want open immigration because they want to exterminate you, there's no other way to frame the discussion

Some very bad arguments. He said borders are natural and part of human nature. Not true. There are no borders around villages and cities. Borders are only found where the state's territorial monopoly ends. They are only as natural as the state is, but we still want to abolish the state, don't we? Then the terrible argument about the taxpayers. Okay let's say that the country was just declared a state. An army comes and occupies a huge continent. Nobody has paid taxes yet. How come we now say who comes in and out? Even if we have been taxed, how does that entitle us to everything the government occupies, when the government itself is not entitled to it? Are you saying that because I was taxed a few thousand dollars this year, I somehow have a bigger claim in the Pocono mountains than someone who wasn't taxed? That's a very self-serving idea. I bet a lot of people would like to be taxed if that gave them property rights over such enormous resources. The compensation for taxation can only come from the property of those who violated the NAP, it cannot be usurped, stolen, unowned property. If I steal your wallet I cannot point at a mountain and say it's now yours, in compensation. Who am I to give it to you? I didn't own it in the first place. Then the idea that those resources are owed as compensation for taxation... Those who are threatened with violence at the border are also entitled to some compensation, aren't they? Oh and let's not forget that the borders are not there just to hold those outside out, but equally to hold those inside in. For example if the government thinks you owe them money they may refuse you the right to exit the country. If there is a draft you cannot escape through the border. So much for the border protecting our Liberty from those barbarians outside... I think the border protects our enslavement by the barbarians inside here, it's the fence around the plantation. Finally, the argument that immigrants benefit from our taxes. That is only because there are taxes in the first place. And guess who are the politicians and the tax collectors and the policemen and the prosecutors and the soldiers and all those people in government jobs who tax us: American citizens. To get into those positions you need to be a citizen. The citizens are the true parasites. Immigrants who work pay taxes, they are the victims of the citizens already here. So, blame your fellow Americans who tax us, not the immigrants who keep the market alive.
@kizzagt
@kizzagt 2 ай бұрын
Borders are natural and even the animal kingdom does this. Tell that to island nations or don't they count because they're surrounded by water. The idea migrants keep the market alive when they're persistently over-represented in deficits to the taxpayer all across the west.

Your first argument alone shows your poor reasoning.
@kanalarchis
@kanalarchis 2 ай бұрын
@@OrthoHoppean Why? Have you ever been to a village? People have doors and fences around their houses and gardens, but not around the whole village. Anyone can walk around the village. That's because the village is a spontaneously formed community that is not a State. That's how human communities cohabitate, in nature. There are exceptions where people lived in walled cities or castles when they faced the threat of pirates for example. But there are many more examples where people only thought to put borders around their private property only. I don't see how it's "human nature" to do, what? To stop and frisk passers-by at random locations far from home?
@johnm6736
@johnm6736 2 ай бұрын
Cool… yeah borders are natural. YOUR own borders based on private property. Individuals / voluntary association. It’s pretty simple… is it your private property border? Yes? Defend it as you wish? No? Stfu.
