36:12 More weight increases maneuvering speed because the plane has to have a higher angle of attack compared to a lighter plane at the same speed to maintain level flight. There is more "room" for acceleration between the angle of attack at level flight and angle of attack when the wing stalls with the lighter aircraft. More acceleration = more stress for the plane. Something like this.
