This video and presentation is amazing! Nothing else online so far can give clarity so scientifically and precisely to women with low AMH if they should do with PGT-A or not. I am so thankful for your work putting into this and it helps me to make a more informed decision. It has been so hard for me to decide what to do for the past 3 months when everyone is telling you everything so differently. No more PGT-A for me as I also believe the embryos can perform self-healing in the uterus and am not risking discarding a perfectly fine embryos.

Wow! So much to take in, thank you for sharing this video. I am 39, soon 40. Our first two FET failed to implant (4AA and 5AB). We are now left with 3AA, 4AB and some poor quality one. Should we still choose to do PGT-A to save money on other transfers as well as sanity or is it too risky with only two left? (Causing them damage) Not taking into account the poor quality one or should we as well? All checks with me were fine and I never miscarried. We used ICSI, although we conceived naturally 12 years ago. I am just worried that most of them will be abnormal if not all. I would rather know the truth and invest the money into another cycle than keep hoping and being devastated afterwards. Thank you 🙏

Thank you for this video and walking through the article. This gives me some comfort, but I am still worried and not sure if this is the right way to go because I do not want to go through an abortion at 12+ weeks when genetic testing can be done on the fetus.... do you have videos on self-correction in embryos? Is there any evidence that it definitely happens in animal studies, for example?

Do you still think there is no benefit for woman with stage 4 endo and only likely to get 1-3 embryos?
@DrVictory3 ай бұрын
Every case needs to be individually examined. But in this one study they said don’t. In many other studies they suggest do. It’s really hard to know. However endo patients have more aneuploid embryos.

Hi Dr V and T. I am 28 years old and my husband is 30 years old, we have unexplained infertility and have already been through 1 full ivf cycle with 3 embryo transfers of untested embryos. our 3rd transfer gave us a chemical pregnancy. We had another round of IVF and yielded 5 good quality embryos - 2 tested and frozen on day 5 and 4 tested and frozen on day 6. We are now waiting for results. My questions are: am i on the right track here or does 3 failed transfers mean i have recurrent implantation failure? I have checked clotting factors/immune issues and had a sonohysterogram which found nothing. i worry i have an issue that i am not solving by just transferring more embryos... can you give me some direction on what you would do next for a patient like me? I am with a very reputable clinic in Australia and have doubt that they aren't searching for all reasons for my unexplained infertility. Thank you in advance.

One year later update, I now have a lovely litte girl. I only had one embroy in blastocyst stage and did not do PGT-A. I was then 41 years old.
