I am grateful to Sifu Ingo for his demonstration. The movements are clear and easy to follow. I come back to review the form with him over and over. Certainly I try to move through this form fluidly, and I suspect that Sifu normally does as well.

Being that this form requires circular movements, the practitioner let his movements flow freely and not make it appear linear like in Japanese karate movements. There is always room for evolution and growth :)

+Emiliano Sosa How did he "destroy" the form? Isn't it obvious that he is doing it slowly, possibly for student reference or instructional purposes? Perhaps a video of the form made by others that left bad comments of his form may be posted here?

I have never seen a limpo as ugly as this.

+Restita DeJesus (SeattleWushu) not only limpo is anything BUT that, those movements have nothing to do with kung fu. it really looks as if he saw a limpo performance once in the street on a mlving vehicle and tried to do something similar. I wonder how he applies the form (if he even knows what that means).

+Restita DeJesus (SeattleWushu) it s not the speed. ita the form. every movement is wrong. badly performed. no strength.. no impact. i wonder if he know the application of each movement of the form.
